The Vacuum Lifter 7005-D43 SO04/E has an adjustable suction cup layout across the corner area of the suction frame. The suction frame is designed with rotational capability. The distance between the suction cups can be adjusted across a wide range.

A glass passage is being built between the town hall and the library in Manchester / England, something that you do not see every day. The glazing unit ELEPHANT is designed for interior glazing. The glazing unit ELEPHANT can be used to lift 600 kg glass panes safely up to 3.2 m in height. The inclination angle of the carrying frame is adjusted from below using a hand spindle. A ratchet mechanism is used to turn the carrying frame through a maximum 330° and the head through +/-30° about the extension arm of the mobile crane. Movement of the crane extension arm is carried out using manual hydraulics. Our Battery-powered Vacuum Pump 7012-Handy, is suitable for use as a mains-independent vacuum generator.

This allows you to use the available Vacuum Lifting Device (Vacuum Lifter) to carry out glazing under eaves up to a depth of 1.5 m or under projecting roofs but also outwards inclined glazing up to an angle of 10°. The available  Vacuum Lifting Device (Vacuum Lifter) is simply connected to the counterweight unit BALANCE 6 and secured; you can then start work immediately with glass panes weighing up to 600 kg.

In the next configuration level, The Vacuum Lifting Device (Vacuum Lifter) is equipped with 8 suction cups on a surface area of 1260 x 620, making it possible to move 600 kg on EU construction sites. 900 kg can be moved on EU construction sites with 12 suction cups requiring a suction area of 1300 x 1200. All this complies to the EU safety standard EN 13155. A conversion kit with 24 suction cups is available for curved glass panes, with which glass panes up to 600 kg weight and with a minimum radius of 1700 mm can be moved.
