In the next configuration level, The Vacuum Lifting Device (Vacuum Lifter) is equipped with 8 suction cups on a surface area of 1260 x 620, making it possible to move 600 kg on EU construction sites. 900 kg can be moved on EU construction sites with 12 suction cups requiring a suction area of 1300 x 1200. All this complies to the EU safety standard EN 13155. A conversion kit with 24 suction cups is available for curved glass panes, with which glass panes up to 600 kg weight and with a minimum radius of 1700 mm can be moved.

Turning and tilting are carried out manually. There are locking points every 3 degrees throughout the tilting range.

In case a vacuum circuit fails, the other three vacuum circuits are able to carry the double nominal load by themselves. If one of the systems fails, or if there is a loss of power, you receive a warning.

The unit can be equipped with various extensions ensuring that its size can be very flexibly adjusted to match the size of the transported material. Even curved glass panes up to a weight by 600 kg can be moved on EU construction sites.
