Vacuum Lifter 7005-96/E for the workshop

Lift, hold and move HGV or bus windscreens using the Vacuum Lifter 7005-SO96/E.
All you need is a chain hoist and a 6 bar compressed air supply to be able to move a bus windscreen or similar of up to 240 kg.

The ideal unit for changing bus windscreens in the workshop.

The turning movement is accomplished manually. There are locking points every 3 degrees throughout the tilting range. The windscreen can be quickly adjusted to the required inclination with this tilting device. The tilting range is 90°.

The Vacuum Lifter was specifically developed for mounting windscreens and large side windows on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter.

The Vacuum Lifter 7005-SO96/E is equipped with a power supply monitor for checking the compressed air supply and a control vacuum meter for checking the vacuum. If the vacuum falls below a threshold value, an acoustic warning is generated.

The Vacuum Lifter 7005-SO96/E has a 1-circuit vacuum system.

We are talking about Vacuum Lifters or as others say Vacuum Lifting Devices, Suction Handles, Glass Sucker, Vacuum Suckers, Suction Lifters, Glass Lifters, Glass Suction Devices, Gazing Equipment or Glass Transportation Equipment. A Vacuum Lifting Device is a load bearing device (lifting equipment, hoist) with which airtight materials, such as glass, metal, plastic panels, can be transported or held without damaging the surface.

A compressed air-operated Venturi jet generates the vacuum acc. to the Venturi Principle, therefore we also call these Vacuum Lifting Devices Venturi Devices. A Venturi device consists of the carrying frame with the vacuum suction cups as well as a compressed air-operated Venturi jet (injector) and thereby makes up a complete  Vacuum Lifting Device.
